In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Athletic Association will be sponsoring several events and promotions throughout October.
On Oct. 24, the volleyball team will hold its annual “Dig for the Cure” match during its game with Duke University. Money raised will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
In addition, the Association will have a “Support the Cure” table each Tuesday of October in Edge Dining Hall. A raffle drawing for several pink-themed prizes will be held the last week in October. Tickets are $5. |
